Class and Events

With 15 years of knowledge as a licensed and credentialed physical therapist, as well as personal experience with my own three children, I have created fun 30 minute exercise classes (collectively called DINO MOVES) for Mothers and their little ones.

**DINO MOVES are to begin January 12th, 2026**

Each spot/duet for a class is $10 with an option to add-on an open play pass of the enrolled child for $10 more. Win-Win!

Hatchlings.png
Hatchlings

This class is devoted to mothers and their infants for a special bonding experience. I lead the class with emphasis on proper low core and pelvic floor activation to facilitate healing of tissues during full body movements.

Minisaurus

This class is similar to Hatchlings, but created for mothers and their toddler. This class allows for the mother as well as their “little dino” to spend quality time together while benefiting from exercise.

Bronto-Squats

This class is for toddlers 2-5 years old. We focus on gross motor skills, balance, and agilities to facilitate motor development.

Stego-Stomp

This class is for toddlers 2-5 years old. We utilize the concept of music and movement to promote physical and cognitive development. Includes various musical instruments, animal noises, and singing all the while incorporating play.

This class is for toddlers 3-5 years old. We focus on flexibility and stability through various techniques.
